Biography
Mr. Yaeger is an associate attorney at the firm Markowitz and Richman, who is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. As the son of a domestic worker who was disabled on the job and denied fair compensation, Mr. Yaeger knows firsthand how much is at stake when labor unions fight to establish and enforce workers' rights. His practice focuses on representing public and private sector labor unions and individual employees, specifically in matters involving grievance arbitration, interest arbitration, unfair labor practices, and contract negotiations.
Prior to joining Markowitz and Richman, Mr. Yaeger worked in the legal department of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, as well as for Michigan Indian Legal Services, a legal aid provider in Michigan. Before law school, Mr. Yaeger worked for Amnesty International USA in Washington, DC, and was a volunteer in the Peace Corps,. In 2025, Mr. Yaeger received his law degree from Villanova University and began working at Markowitz and Richman.
