Mr. Walters graduated from Harvard College magna cum laude and Harvard Law School. He has been engaged in the representation of labor unions, individual employees and employee benefit plans since 1975. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealths of Pennsylvania and Massachusetts, the State of California and the District of Columbia. Mr. Walters has served as Chapter Editor of the Developing Labor Law series published by the American Bar Association and is also a member of the ABA's Committee on the Development of Law under the National Relations Act. He has served as co-chair of the Labor Law Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association and has been a lecturer and course planner in numerous continuing legal education programs on labor and employment law sponsored by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.
